The LGBT+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advisor) specifically works with LGBT+ people who are experiencing domestic abuse. There are additional barriers that can make it more difficult for somebody who is LGBT+ to seek support.

End the Fear is a website of local domestic abuse services and helplines across Greater Manchester. If you are experiencing domestic or sexual violence you can find help, support and advice there. Support is also provided to people who know someone who may be being abused.
